4th of July 09

This year was pretty uneventful when it came to the fourth although there was some festivities. On the 3rd we went and bought some fireworks, mainly blooming flowers as they aren't too noisy. Aaron lit some off for the boys when we got home and later that evening you couldn't get Brevin out the door. The fireworks were too loud. So Aaron lit them and Brevin and I watched from the upstairs bedroom window. (Jace didn't make it until dark.) The next night we still could not convince Brevin to go outside but he still wanted to watch them and Jace did too. Jace missed the show the previous night so he was ready. Aaron went out in the pouring rain with an umbrella and lit off all of the fireworks for the boys so they could watch. It was a fun time!
